Refund policy
At Power PurSuit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories and components that came with the product.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.
